(Nairobi) – The National Youth Service (NYS) has announced 217 job openings for its male graduates to work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In a statement released on Sunday, NYS expressed its excitement about providing these opportunities through a reputable and registered Kenyan recruitment company.
The available positions include roles for Heavy Equipment Mechanics, Heavy Equipment Electricians, Generator Technicians, and Automotive AC Technicians. Each position requires specific qualifications, skills, and experience, with salaries varying based on the job type.

At least 10 years of experience with heavy equipment such as cranes is required, alongside proficiency in English, a valid passport, and a current certificate of good conduct.
The role of Heavy Equipment Electricians requires expertise in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, including starters, monitors, and camera systems. Candidates must have a diploma or grade test in electrical engineering, a minimum of 10 years’ experience working with heavy cranes, and the ability to communicate fluently in English.
Generator Technicians must demonstrate expertise in working with diesel generators (Cummins, CAT, or Perkins) and possess a diploma or certificate in mechanical or electrical engineering. Experience with low and medium voltage systems, electric diagrams, and excitation systems is mandatory.
For Automotive AC Technicians, candidates should have practical experience with air conditioning systems in heavy equipment, trucks, or light vehicles. A diploma, certificate, or trade test qualification, along with fluency in English, is required.
